Mark is originally from New York. He was the captain of the Cat Ppalu for 6 years prior to leading the Aqua Cat team. He is also a PADI instructor. In the past, he has worked as a chef and personal fitness instructor. He graduated from Dutchess College, and is also quite a skilled marksman with a pole spear. |

 | Captain Ron McCaslin
Ron was captain of the Pirate's Lady (a Blackbeard Cruises vessel) for 8 years prior to leading the crew of the Aqua Cat. He is also a NAUI instructor. Ron is from Richardson, TX. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Chemistry. Ron really enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting and eating goldfish crackers. |

Des is from South Africa. He began his career on the Aqua Cat in 2005 as a dive instructor. Previous to working on the Aqua Cat, Des was an instructor in South Africa and Thailand. He is now running as first mate! Des is also an avid photographer |

 | Chef Kirk Bell
Kirk joined the crew of the Aqua Cat 5 years ago after working as Head Chef for Cruise West. His incredible edibles are the stuff of legends, and also the reason that some of the Dive Masters have found themselves gaining weight!! Kirk is a keen sports enthusiast, and can talk for hours about most sports, especially NFL football. |

 | Sous Chef Kelly Crespo
Kelly is one half of the sister combo we have here on the Aqua Cat. She has been with us for over 5 years and is originally from Lima, Peru. Her bright smile, and cheery attitude will make your morning coffee taste that much better. She helps Kirk on a daily basis with preparing the delicious treats, and meals, that will make your wetsuit just a little bit tighter. |

 | Gally Assitant Karina Mateo
Karina is the other half of the sister combo we have here on the Aqua Cat, she too has been with us for over 5 years. Normally Karina is busy keeping the Aqua Cat neat and tidy, all with a warm and friendly smile. On her days off she loves to take her 2 dogs for a run on the beach with her Husband. |

 | Instructor and Engineer Rudi Brendenkamp
Rudi is from Zimbabwe and is our resident sweetheart! As a teen, he was heavily involved in motorsports car rallying. Rudi completed his education in the UK with a diploma in engineering. Back in Zimbabwe, he owned his own trading company before embarking on his travels which took him to the Philippines prior to joining us on the Aqua Cat in August of 08. Besides scuba diving, Rudi enjoys skydiving as well. He speaks Afrikaans fluently and his accented English is wonderful to listen to! Rudi joined us as an instructor and is now in the bowels of the boat working as an engineer.

 | Dive Instructor Chris Snell
Chris offers his assistance to passengers with a smile and a quick wit! He joined us this past March of 2008. Chris is originally from Reddich, England but has spent many years living abroad. Some of the places that he has lived include: France, Thailand and Honduras. He has also spent several seasons helping out Santa Claus in Lapland. He is fluent in French too! He has traveled the world, including Thailand where he received his MSDT. He loves rock climbing, snowboarding and surfing.

Well....I've been diving since I qualified on my 14th Birthday in the Maldives, I was born in Germany on a military base and am a British citizen. I consider Cambridge in the U.K my home as it is where I went to college and studied Psychology and Criminology. After University I decided to head out to Thailand to become a Scuba Instructor... I then spent the best part of 3 years out in Asia traveling, teaching and running dive shops before the opportunity arose to work in the Exumas on the Aqua Cat.

Alex is the newest member of our crew. She comes to us from Poland, by way of Palau. Her amazing sense of humor and great smile always makes the dive deck a lot of fun to be on. Before starting her career in diving Alex worked as a Kayak Guide and also a Graphic Designer. On her time off Alex loves to travel.

 | Dive Instructor Josh Childress
Josh was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and began his diving career at the age of 12 and as a vacation diver did most of his diving around the Hawaiian Islands for his early years. Then after college he decided to head to Thailand to train as an Instructor at Mermaids Dive Center in Pattaya. Since then, he has had a well travelled career in the diving Industry with stops in Australia, Greece, Hawaii, North Carolina, and all over Southeast Asia. The Bahamas is his newest stop in the diving business and he hopes to make the Aquacat his home for a very long time.
