*Aqua Cat has control over many factors that contribute to great vacations. Some things, however, cannot be controlled and one of these is the cost and supply of fuel. Due to current extraordinary fuel prices, we are now forced to institute an $80 per guest fuel surcharge. Also, please note that port charges, taxes, dive permits and other fees are subject to change without advance notice.

DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS

Individuals - A $500.00 per person deposit is due within ten days of the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

Groups — You receive one free space for every 8 paying passengers.

6 months prior to departure	$2,000.00	$4,000.00
4 months prior to departure	$2,000.00	$4,000.00

CANCELLATION POLICY*

Individuals:
1) More than 90 days prior to departure, a full refund less $250.00.
2) 90-61 days prior to departure, the deposit is forfeited.
3) Less than 60 days, no refund.

Groups:
1) More than 60 days prior to departure, the deposit is forfeited.
2) Less than 60 days, no refund.

* If the trip departs full, we will refund all deposits and payments.

INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that all divers have diving accident insurance and travel insurance.
Diveassure : For annual combination trip and dive accident insurance.
Divers Alert Network : For annual combination trip and dive accident insurance.
Travelex     : For trip insurance for a single trip.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, personal check, money order, and wire transfer are all accepted.
